BHARAT HEAVY ELECTRICALS LTD. - Board to consider Interim Dividend

With reference to the earlier letter dated January 27, 2017 regarding meeting of the Board of Directors to be held on February 07, 2017, inter alia, to approve the Unaudited Financial Results of BHEL for & upto the quarter ended December 31, 2016 (Q3), Bharat Heavy Electricals Ltd has now informed BSE that the Board in its said meeting will also consider declaration of interim dividend on equity shares of the Company for the year 2016-17.
