Notice is hereby given that the Register of Members together with Register of Share Transfers of BHEL will be closed from 16th September, 2017 to 22nd September, 2017 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of 53rd AGM to ascertain the names of Members, whose names appear in the Register of Members or as the Beneficial Owners of shares in the records of Depositories.
