Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd has informed BSE that in line with the requirement of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Company has formulated and published in its official website www.bharatpetroleum.in "Code of practices and procedures for fair disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information in BPCL" and also formulated "Code of conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading for prevention of insider trading in the securities of BPCL".
