BHARAT RASAYAN LTD. - Board recommends Final Dividend

Bharat Rasayan Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 30, 2024, inter alia, has decided to recommend a final dividend @15%, i.e. Rs. 1.50 per share on the fully paid-up equity shares on Rs. 10/- each for the financial year ended March 31, 2024.
