Bharat Rasayan Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 20, 2014, appointed Mrs. Sujata Agarwal, as an Additional Director of the Company effective from Sept 01, 2014. She will be designated as an Independent and Non- Executive Director of the Company.
