BHARAT RASAYAN LTD. - Outcome of Board Meeting

With reference to the earlier letter dated May 18, 2015 about the resignation of Ms. Sonali Singh from the post of Company Secretary, Bharat Rasayan Ltd has now informed BSE that the Board of Directors in its meeting held on May 29, 2015 have appointed Shri M.P.Gupta as a "Compliance Officer in accordance with the provisions of Clause 47(a) of the Listing Agreement w.e.f. May 29, 2015 till the appointment of new Company Secretary.
