This is in continuation to our disclosure / intimation submitted on February 24, 2021 in pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish further wish to inform that, the Company is in process of executing documents for 'Resolution Plan' in line with sanction letter received from consortium banks
