BHARATI SHIPYARD LTD. - Clarification from Bharati Shipyard Ltd

The Exchange had sought clarification from Bharati Shipyard Ltd with respect to the media reports titled "Debt-ridden Bharati Shipyard scouts for financial investors".<br/><br/>Bharati Shipyard Ltd has replied as under:<br/><br/>"We do not know anything on whatever you have stated in the trailing mail. We have not given any information / authority to scout for financial investors.<br/><br/>We are a CDR Company. Finance and day-to-day affairs are being managed by the leader of the consortium bank i.e. SBI."
