This is further to our intimations dated February 28, 2019 and April 10, 2019 informing about the approval of issue of equity shares of the Company by way of a rights issue ('Rights Issue') to the eligible shareholders of the Company for an amount aggregating up to Rs. 250,000 million (Rupees Two Fifty Thousand million) and announcement of 'Record Date' as April 24, 2019 respectively. <BR> <BR> In relation to the aforesaid Rights Issue, the Board of Directors of the Company, at its meeting held today i.e. Friday, April 19, 2019, has inter-alia approved:<BR> <BR> (i) the 'Letter of Offer' to be filed with BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited and to be submitted with Securities and Exchange Board of India; and<BR> <BR> (ii) Rights Issue schedule:<BR> ? Issue opening date: May 03, 2019;<BR> ? Issue closing date: May 17, 2019; and<BR> ?
