At the outset we note that this is a routine ordinary course of business transaction that cannot and does not have a material impact on the Company. Kindly note that Bharti Airtel ('Airtel') has a long term strategic partnership with Nokia for network equipment and the present partnership is an extension of the association. In the circumstances, we submit that this would not require disclosure under Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulation. Please take the above information on record.
