BHARTI AIRTEL LTD. - High Court approves Scheme of Amalgamation

With reference to letter dated October 23, 2013, Bharti Airtel Ltd has informed BSE that Honble High Court of Judicature at Bombay, on April 11, 2014 has approved the Scheme of the Amalgamation of Airtel Broadband Services Private Limited (Formerly known as Wireless Business Services Private Limited) a wholly owned subsidiary with the Company.<br/><br/>The certified copy of this Order is yet to be received. The amalgamation will be effective upon completion of requisite statutory requirements.
