BHARTI INFRATEL LTD. - Reliance Jio and Indus Towers Ink Infrastructure Sharing Deal

Bharti Infratel Ltd has submitted to BSE a copy of Press Release being issued by Indus Towers Limited ("Indus"), a 42% Joint Venture with the Company with regard to Indus entering into a Master Services Agreement for tower infrastructure sharing with Reliance Jio Infocomm Limited.<br/><br/>In this regard, the Company has issued a Press Release dated September 22, 2014 titled "Reliance Jio and Indus Towers Ink Infrastructure Sharing Deal".
