Bharti Infratel Ltd has informed BSE that, subject to the approval of the shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting, the Board of Directors in their meeting held on April 24, 2014 has considered and recommended a dividend of Rs. 4.40/- per share of Rs. 10/- each for the financial year 2013-14.
