Management Committee Meeting of Board of the Company held today i.e., 14th June, 2024, has inter alia, considered and approved the allotment of 12,01,000 Fully Convertible Warrants ('Warrants') each carrying a right to subscribe to one Equity Share per Warrant, for cash at an issue price of Rs. 430/- (Rupees Four Hundred and Thirty only) per warrant by way of preferential allotment.
