The trading window for dealing in securities of the Company for designated employees, specified persons and connected persons and their immediate relatives shall remain close with effects from 1st October, 2023 till 48 hours from the announcement of the Un-audited financial results for the 2nd Quarter of financial year 2023-24 ended on 30th September, 2023 to the public
