Bhushan Steel Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 12, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2015 (Q3).<BR><BR>Further note that the trading window will remain closed from February 04, 2016 to February 14, 2016 (both days inclusive) in view of the Code of Conduct to Regulate, monitor and Report Trading by Insiders as per SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
