With reference to the earlier letter dated August 07, 2014 regarding Updates with regard to FIR No. RC-AC1 2014 A0004 dated August 01, 2014, Bhushan Steel Ltd has now informed BSE that as per Order of the Honble Court, Mr. Neeraj Singal, Vice Chairman and Managing Director of the Company who was in judicial custody has been released on bail on September 27, 2014.
