Bhuwalka Steel Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on September 19, 2015, had approved the extension of 33rd Annual General Meeting for the Financial Year 2014-15 and the Company had requested Registrar of Companies, Karnataka for extension of Annual General Meeting for the Financial Year 2014-15 the same was approved by the Registrar of Companies on September 29, 2015 through E-mail.
