Sureshkurnar Anandilal Choudhary (DlN: 00494510), (Non-Executive) Non-tndependent Director of the Ccmpany have vide their resignation letter dated 09th May,2022, resigned from the Board of the Company with immediate effect, on account of pre- occupation and other commitments, he is not in a position to continue as Non-lndependent Director of Bil Energy Systems Limited.
