Bilcare Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 14, 2014, inter alia, has appointed Mr. Avinash S. Joshi as an Additional / Independent Director of the Company w.e.f. August 14, 2014, for a term of five years, pursuant to Section 149 of the Companies Act, 2013.
