Binani Cement Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 22, 2011, inter alia, have recommended declaration of dividend @ 25% (Rupees Two and paisa Fifty per Equity Share) subject to necessary approval.<br/>
