The 61st Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held on Friday, 20th September, 2024 through Video Conferencing and Other Audio-Visual Means. 4. The Register of Members and Share transfer books of the Company will remain closed from Friday, 13th September, 2024 to Friday, 20th September, 2024 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of the 61st Annual General Meeting of the Company; 5.
