Binani Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 24, 2015, inter alia, has transacted the following :<BR><BR>1. Appointed Mrs. Visalakshi Sridhar, Manager & Chief Financial Officer as the Company Secretary of the Company with immediate effect. Further, Mrs. Visalakshi Sridhar has been designated as Compliance Officer in terms of Clause 47 (a) of the Listing Agreement.<BR><BR>2. Noted resignation of Mr. N.C. Singhal, Independent Director.
