Pursuant to Regulation 39(3) of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), Regulations, 2015, it is to inform to the Stock Exchange that the Share Certificates, as detailed hereunder, have been informed to the Company by the Shareholder as misplaced and lost and the request for issue of duplicate Share certificate by the Shareholder is under consideration.
