Change in designation of Mr. Ghanshyam Dass (DIN: 01807011) from Non-Executive Independent Director to Non-Executive Non-Independent Director 3. Taken on record, resignation of Mrs. Sirisha Rani Singhu, Independent Director of the Company from the office of the Board of Directors of the Company with effect from 21st June 2024.
