BIOCON LTD. - Exercise of ESOP Options

Biocon Ltd has informed BSE that 15450 options under Biocon Employee Stock Option Plan 2000 have been exercised by the option holders.<BR><BR>Accordingly, Biocon India Limited Employee Welfare Trust has transferred 15450 equity shares of Rs. 5/- each from trust to the eligible option holders.
