The Board of Directors of the Company at its Meeting held today i.e. 21st May, 2025 has, ineralia, considered and based on the recommendations of the Audit Committee, approved the appointment of Messrs P K M B & Co., Chartered Accountants as the Internal Auditors of the Company.
