BIRLA CORPORATION LTD. - Compliances-Reg. 39 (3) - Details of Loss of Certificate / Duplicate Certificate

Pursuant to Regulation 39(3) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, please find enclosed the details of share certificate which has been reported as lost from the custody of the Shareholder and the Company has received a request for issue of Duplicate Share Certificate in lieu thereof. Pursuant to SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/MIRSD/MIRSD_RTAMB/P/CIR/2022/8 dated 25th January, 2022, the Company/Registrar and Share Transfer Agent shall issue 'Letter of Confirmation' to the shareholder(s)/rightful owner(s) after completion of required formalities.
