The Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed for all the Designated Persons and their immediate relatives with effect from 1st July, 2024 till 48 hours after the announcement to the Stock Exchanges of the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ending on 30th June, 2024.
