Birla Corporation Ltd has informed BSE that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 08, 2014, inter alia, to consider and approve the unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2014.<br/><br/>Further, as per the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company would remain closed for the Insiders covered under the said code of the Company from August 01, 2014 to August 09, 2014.
