Birla Cotsyn (India) Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 27, 2016, inter alia, to approve and take on record the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2016.<BR><BR>Further, the Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window shall remain closed from May 26, 2016 to May 29, 2016 (both days inclusive). The trading window shall open on May 30, 2016.
