Birla Shloka Edutech Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 30, 2014, inter alia, have considered and approved the following matters:<br/><br/>1. Resignation of M/s. LKM and Co., Chartered Accountants as Statutory Auditor of the Company.<br/><br/>2. Appointment of M/s. Jaiprakash Upadhayay and Co., Chartered Accountants as Statutory Auditor of the Company, subject to approval of the shareholders.
