Birla Shloka Edutech Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 09, 2016, inter alia, have adopted and approved the following two policies:<BR><BR>1. Policy on Preservation of Documents pursuant to Regulation 9 of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.<BR><BR>2. Policy on Materiality of Events or Information pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
