Birla Shloka Edutech Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 09, 2016, inter alia, to consider and to take on record, the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the third quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, in accordance with the Companys Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window (for dealing/ trading in securities of the Company) shall remain closed from January 29, 2016 to February 11, 2016 (both days inclusive) for the promoters / directors / officers / designated employees of the company (the concerned persons).
