We refer to the captioned email received by the company from BSE Limited today, i.e. on December 3, 2025 regarding an increase in the volume of its shares. The Company has made all the necessary disclosures pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 that have a bearing on the operations/performance of the Company which include all price sensitive information and has not withheld any material/price sensitive information that in its opinion could have bearing on the volume behavior of the scrip. Therefore, the said increase in volume of shares of the company is purely market driven and due to market conditions.
