BITS LTD. - Closure of Trading Window

Pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) of Regulations, 2015 and the company code of conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading in securities of the company, the trading window for trading in the securities of the company will remain close from 01.04.2024 till the 48 hours after declaration of financial results for the quarter, half year and year ended on 31.03.2024. Further the date of the board meeting for consideration of the financial results for the quarter, half year and year ended on 31.03.2024. will be intimidated in the due course.
