Bizotic Commercial Ltd - Closure of Trading Window

Pursuant to Code of Conduct adopted by company under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 the trading window dealing in securities of the company will be closed for all Directors/KMPs/Designated Employees/ Connected Persons and their relatives with effect from April 01, 2024 till the end of 48 hours after the announcement of Financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31st, 2024. They have been advised not to trade in the securities of the company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window
