We hereby inform to you that Pursuant to provision under the Company''s Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, framed pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed with effect from 1st April, 2022 till 48 (forty-eight) hours from the date of declaration of Quarterly Financial Results for the period ending 31st March,2022.
