Pursuant to Regulation 33 read with Regulation 30 the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held today i.e. on Friday, May 24, 2024 has inter alia, considered and approved the Audited Financial Statements and Results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2024 as recommended by the Audit Committee.
