We would like to inform you that, the ESOP Allotment Committee of the Company at its meeting held on July 09, 2024, has approved the allotment of 83,000 equity shares of the face value of Re.1/- each to the eligible employees who have exercised their stock options under Bliss GVS Pharma Limited - Employee Stock Option Plan 2019 ("Bliss GVS ESOP-2019").
