Bloom Dekor Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 17, 2014, inter alia, have adopted and approved the following business:<br/><br/>- Removal of Mr. Chirag Mehta (Independent Director) under Section 283 of the Companies Act, 1956 w.e.f. February 17, 2014 due to not attending consecutively three board meeting without leave of absence.
