Trading window for trading in the securities of the company will be closed for the Designated persons, with effect from Monday ,July 01, 2024 till the completion of 48 hours after the unaudited financial result of the company for the first quarter of FY 2024-25 ended on June 30, 2024 is generally made available to the public. the date of the Board meeting to consider and approve the unaudited financial result for the first quarter of FY 2024-25 ended on June 30, 2024 shall be intimated separately in due course.
