BLS International Services Ltd - Announcement under Regulation 30 (LODR)-Diversification / Disinvestment

Pursuant to compliance with regulation 30 read with Part A of schedule III of SEBI (LODR) Regulation, 2015, we would like to inform that the BLS International FZE, wholly owned subsidiary of the company has decided to disinvest its holding from the following companies in the normal course of its business. - BLS International Visa Services Austria KG - BLS International Visa Services Poland S P Z.O.O - BLS International Visa Services Baltics, Lithuania - BLS International Services Norway AS, Norway - BLS E-Services (Bangladesh) Limited Resulting these transactions the said companies cease to be Associate/ subsidiaries of BLS International FZE and the Company.
