BLS International Services Ltd - Announcement under Regulation 30 (LODR)-Acquisition

Pursuant to compliance of Regulation 30 read with part A of Schedule III of SEBI (LODR) Regulation, 2015, (including any statutory modification or amendment (s) thereof for the time being in force, we would like to inform you that the BLS International FZE, subsidiary of Company is in process to subscribe 99.93% share capital of BLS International Peru SAC, a company incorporated under the law of Peru and to subscribe 100% share capital of BLS International S.A.S incorporated under law of Columbia, consequent to the subscription, BLS International Peru SAC become Step down subsidiary of the Company and BLS International S.A.S become wholly owned step down subsidiary of the Company.
