Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Part of Schedule III of SEBI (LODR) Regulation, 2015, we would like to inform you that the BLS International FZE (Wholly owned Subsidiary) of the Company has incorporated a overseas wholly owned subsidiary with the name of BLS International Holding Anonim Sirketi, under the law of Turkish Commercial Code on June 26, 2024.
