Blue Bird (India) Ltd has informed BSE that the Company had made an application to the Board of Industrial and Financial reconstruction, Delhi under the said section and that the said Hon'ble Board has accepted the Company's application and the said application is registered by the Hon'ble Board as under Section 15(1) of Sick Industrial Companies (Special Provisions) Act, 1985 as case no. 39/2011.
