BLUE BIRD (INDIA) LTD. - Winding Up Order

Blue Bird (India) Ltd has informed BSE that the Hon'ble High Court Mumbai has issued a winding up order against the Company. The Company is working to prefer appeals to the Hon'ble Division Bench / Hon'ble Supreme court. The Company have already filed necessary papers with the Hon'ble Court Bombay; the Company is yet to receive the certified true copies of the orders and expect the filing for the appeal to be completed soon.
