the Board of Directors of the Company, at its meeting held today, has, inter alia, considered and approved the proposal for the acquisition of 100% equity interest in M/s. Global Impex Inc., from ConnectM Technologies Solutions, INC. The acquisition is proposed to be completed through an all-equity swap, subject to the satisfactory completion of due diligence, valuation, and receipt of all necessary statutory and regulatory approvals as required under applicable laws.
