Please be informed that pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended and the Company's Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring & Reporting of Trading by the Insiders, the 'Trading Window' for dealing in shares of the Company will remain closed for all Designated Persons and their immediate relatives from January 01, 2022 until 48 hours after declaration of financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2021.
