BLUE DART EXPRESS LTD. - Board declares Interim Dividend

Blue Dart Express Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 28, 2022, inter alia, has declared Interim Dividend of Rs. 25/- (Rupees Twenty Five) per equity share of face value of Rs. 10/- each for the Financial Year 2021-2022. Dividend will be paid to the shareholders on or after February 24, 2022.
